qdro - qualified domestic relations order

A Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) is required by law to divide any "qualified" retirement plan such as a 401k or Company Pension.  Unlike cheap online options, we will handle everything from drafting the QDRO, getting plan administrator pre-approval (making corrections if needed), e-signing, submission to court, and final signing by a judge. We will be available to discuss and answer questions from beginning to end.

 $995 to complete the preparation, pre-approval, and all legal filings required to initiate and complete a Qualified Domestic Relations Order for a Defined Contribution Plan (401k, 403b, etc) 

 $1295 to complete the preparation, pre-approval, and all legal filings required to initiate and complete a Qualified Domestic Relations Order for a Defined Benefit Pension Plan. 

$1595 to complete the preparation, pre-approval, and all legal filings required to initiate and complete any Qualified Domestic Relations Order for plans such as federal and state government, school and municipality or Union plans, or any others which require a “JOINDER” and additional court filings as well as service of JOINDER to the pension plan administrator.
